Spark of Hope #26 – The smallest of acts can make a big difference. I visited an elementary classroom to rally support for one of my youngest heroes. He is half-way through a 3-year battle with Leukemia. I spent time with his classmates, parents, and teacher— encouraging them with small hopeful ways to make a difference. The children and I spent time reading, talking, coloring and painting. Their hands fit together on a poster-board, transforming finger-paint into a symbol of collective effort. They magnified a hopeful path for Sebastian—one hand at a time. No matter what age your age, 8 or 88 — a heart of hope makes Huge Outcomes Possible Everyday!
Collective Effort magnifies Hope!
Hope is like a spark; if the conditions are right, it can spread like wildfire. Hope feeds the soul, ignites passion, and inspires others. Tucked inside each of us is a child-like spark that says: never forget to dream, play and imagine. HOPE is the extraordinary spark that says Huge Outcomes are Possible Everyday!
